Kairo credits in a team workspace go into one shared bank for the whole team. Admins can cap how much each crew member uses.

Team workspaces with an active Coline subscription include Upstream Team.

Team trial

A new team workspace gets a 14-day trial without a card:

  • up to 5 people, counting the owner and pending invites
  • 1,500 Kairo credits shared across the trial
  • everything else in the Workspace plan

When the trial ends without billing, the workspace pauses. Everything stays readable, but nothing new can be created, and invites are off, until the owner adds a payment method.

Credits

Kairo credits pay for AI work across Coline: chat, drafting, summaries, research, routines and crew. A standard request costs one credit; some models and higher reasoning levels cost more, and lighter ones cost less. Credits reset at the start of each billing period. When you run out, Kairo tells you and offers an upgrade.

Code credits pay for cloud computers: Code sessions, and Kairo's computer when it works in a browser, terminal or desktop.

API credits are a separate prepaid balance for metered API calls such as Tab. Add them in the developer console.

Programs

Students, open-source maintainers and early-stage startups can apply for free or discounted access. Sign in and go to coline.app/programs.
