Getting Started

Get up and running with Coline in a few minutes.

Create your account

  1. Go to coline.app
  2. Click Get Started
  3. Sign up with email or continue with Google/GitHub
  4. Verify your email if prompted

Set up your profile

After signing up, complete your profile:

  1. Username: Choose a unique username
  2. Full name: Enter your display name
  3. Timezone: Select your timezone for accurate scheduling
  4. Avatar: Upload a profile photo (optional)

Choose your plan

Select a plan during onboarding:

EnterpriseOrganizations with advanced needs

All plans include a free trial so you can explore before committing.

Create or join a workspace

For individuals

Your personal workspace is created automatically. Start adding tasks, notes, and events right away.

For teams

If you are setting up a team:

  1. Enter your team name
  2. Select your team timezone
  3. Upload a team logo (optional)
  4. Invite team members by email

If you were invited to a team, accept the invitation from your email to join.

Connect your tools

Connect the services you use daily:

Calendar

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations
  2. Click Google Calendar or Outlook
  3. Authorize access
  4. Your events sync automatically

Email

  1. Go to Mail in the sidebar
  2. Click Connect account
  3. Choose Gmail or Outlook
  4. Authorize access

Other integrations

Connect additional services from Settings > Integrations:

  • GitHub for code repositories
  • Jira or Linear for issue tracking
  • Slack or Discord for notifications
  • Notion for importing content

Calendar

  • View by day, week, or month
  • Create events with one click

  • Create notes with Cmd+N
  • Organize with folders
  • Use slash commands for formatting

Boards

  • Create Kanban boards for projects
  • Drag cards between columns
  • Use AI to generate cards

Enable AI features

Kairo

Open Kairo from the sidebar to chat with your AI assistant. Try:

  • "What's on my schedule today?"
  • "Create a task to review the proposal"
  • "Summarize my unread emails"

Coline Tab

Start typing anywhere and press Tab to accept AI suggestions. Works in:

  • Email compose
  • Notes and docs
  • Task descriptions
  • Anywhere you type

Calendar autopilot

  1. Go to Calendar
  2. Click the autopilot icon
  3. Choose a mode (Suggest only, Auto within bounds, or Full auto)
  4. Review your daily digest each morning
