Answers to the most common questions about Coline.

General

Is there a free plan available?

We do not currently offer a free plan, but we are working on one. For now, we offer a 14-day free trial for all paid plans. No credit card is required to start your trial.

How does the 14-day free trial work?

You can use all Coline features for 14 days without any charge. At the end of the trial, you will need to subscribe to continue using Coline. If you do not subscribe, your account will be paused until you choose a plan.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time with no questions asked. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. Any unused portion of annual subscriptions is refunded on a prorated basis.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and process payments securely through Stripe.

Security and privacy

Is my data secure with Coline?

Yes. We use bank-level encryption and adhere to strict privacy standards. All data is encrypted both in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

Where is my data stored?

Data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure with redundancy across multiple regions. Enterprise customers can request specific data residency requirements.

Do you support two-factor authentication?

Yes. You can enable TOTP-based two-factor authentication in Settings > Security. We recommend using an authenticator app like Google Authenticator, Authy, or 1Password.

Can I export my data?

Yes. You can export your data at any time from Settings. Exports include notes, documents, tasks, calendar events, and files in standard formats.

Does Coline work offline?

The desktop and mobile apps cache recent data for offline access. Changes sync automatically when you reconnect. Full offline mode with conflict resolution is available on Pro and Team plans.

What is the difference between Pro and Team?

Pro ($9.99/month or $99.99/year) is for individuals who want advanced features:

Yes. Annual billing saves approximately 17% compared to monthly billing.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or education?

Do you offer custom enterprise solutions?

Integrations

Which integrations are available?

Currently available: Google Calendar, Microsoft Calendar, CalDAV, Gmail, Outlook, GitHub, Jira, Trello, Discord, Matrix, Google Tasks, Microsoft To Do, and Google Drive.

How do I connect an integration?

  1. Open Settings > Integrations
  2. Find the service you want to connect
  3. Click Connect and follow the authorization flow
  4. Grant the requested permissions

Can I disconnect an integration?

Yes. Go to Settings > Integrations, find the connected service, and click Disconnect. Your data in the external service is not affected.
