The web platform is the fastest way to get started with Coline. Access your workspace from any modern browser without installing anything.
Getting started
- Go to coline.app
- Sign in with your email or SSO provider
- Select your workspace (or create a new one)
- Start using Coline immediately

Keyboard shortcuts
Web supports the same keyboard shortcuts as desktop. Common shortcuts:

Notifications
Enable browser notifications to receive alerts:
- Click the notification icon in your browser address bar
- Allow notifications from coline.app
- Configure which notifications you receive in Settings > Notifications
Offline access
The web app works offline with limited functionality:
- View recently accessed items from cache
- Create new items (sync when reconnected)
- Access downloaded files
For full offline support, use the desktop or mobile apps.
Tips
- Bookmark coline.app for quick access
- Pin the tab in your browser to keep Coline always available
- Use keyboard shortcuts to navigate faster
- Enable notifications to stay updated on important activity
- Try the desktop app if you use Coline heavily for better performance and system integration
